At Back Forty Laser Works, every piece we create is made to order — custom-crafted just for you. Because each item is produced specifically for your order, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once production has begun.

That said, your satisfaction matters to us — a lot. We take pride in the quality of our work, and if something about your order doesn't meet your expectations, we want to know about it and make it right.

If you have any concerns about your order — whether it's a quality issue, a mistake on our end, or anything else that left you less than satisfied — please reach out to us within 14 days of delivery at support@backfortylaserworks.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item(s) in question
  • A brief description of your concern

Claims submitted after 14 days of the confirmed delivery date may not be eligible for resolution. In the event that a return is required as part of the resolution process, return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
